Ice cream dub is a small family run business owned by myself Lizzie, supported by my partner Rob and family, oh and not forgetting our adorable pooch Winston! 

 

I brought the business back to life after meeting the lovely Ice Cream Dub’s previous owner Claire and which fulfilled my dream of owning my own business. Having fallen in love with ‘Sassy’ the 1966 Vintage Split screen camper van the adventure began!

Sassy is a fully restored and customised 1966 Vintage Split screen camper van . She has been painted using a yummy rich cream and a pearlescent deep red paint, and for a bit of extra glamour and uniqueness alloy wheels and stainless steel trim. She is fitted with world renowned 'Whitby Morrison' refrigeration units which create a stunning serving area with a display chiller using the latest technology in portable freezing. These provide us with in excess of 15 hours scooping time with no power required at all...so this means "Sassy"is completely silent and we can scoop almost anywhere.
